Before You Buy

Kindly inspect the item(s) closely and be satisfied with what you are getting before you make your purchase. 

If you are unsure, consult your knowledgeable friend(s) to help you decide your intended purchase(s).

If you are still doubtful, take your time. 

Item Condition

Damage can occur through natural wear and tear, accidents, handling, transporting, storing, displaying and other reactions as a result of physical, biological or chemical contact that could compromise its condition, composition, appearance and quality. That said, we cannot guarantee the shelf life and condition of your purchase.

After You Buy

All items sold are NON-RETURNABLE, NON-REFUNDABLE neither are they EXCHANGEABLE.

We don’t entertain compromises, bargains nor disputes. 

Our disclaimer begins the minute the item leaves our shop. 

Payment Terms

We only accept payment in FULL. No other terms.

Our items does not leave the shop until it is fully paid for. 

We ONLY accept cash restricted to RM, SGD & USD, debit & credit cards, PayPal, e-wallet and direct bank transfers limited to today’s ONLINE rate quoted by us. 

No delayed payments or cheques are accepted. 

Shipping, Handling, Pick Up & Transport

Transportation and handling is FREE only for bulky items eg. furniture, and is limited only within the confines of our tiny island.

Buyer must arrange for their own shipping, pick up, handling and transportation if such items goes beyond the confines of our tiny island of Penang. 

Packing & Storage

Every item purchased will be bubble wrapped, taped and placed inside a plastic bag for ease of carry. 

We don’t pack it in any other way. 

We do not offer gift pack service. 

No storage is provided.

Reservation 

At your request, we can put any item on hold for you for ONLY a (one) week after which you are not allowed to have it extended again.

We reserve the right to sell, keep or display the item once the week is over. 

Shoplifting 

Shoplifters will be severely dealt with. 


Privacy Policy

If you are on our mailing list, rest assured your personal information will be kept safe. 

We don’t sell your personal information to any third party vendors.


Tender Policy

Occasionally, we do have item(s) that are sold through the tender process. 

In the tender process, the person who submits the highest bid above the estimate becomes the new owner of the item.

Item(s) offered for tender has the letter ‘T’ marked on the item code.

These tender item(s) will be displayed for a specific period of time.

Interested buyers will get to view and handle the item(3) before the tender closes. 

Interested buyers can send in their highest offer during the viewing period. 

If you are interested to tender, kindly request for a tender form from our staffs.

Fill up the required blank spaces clearly, write in the correct item code and all the particulars required of you to. Do not forget to state down your highest offer on the form. 

Every item has an estimate value. DO NOT bid below that estimate or risk having your offer rejected.

Please bring your identification card and bank card for verification when you submit in your form. 

Remember to submit your tender before the due date and time. 

You are welcomed to witness the opening of all tenders submitted to us. 

If two (2) or more tenders are received for the same item when the ballot box is opened, the highest offer wins. 

Likewise if you are the only (1) bidder, and throughout the viewing period, you sent in your offer several times, the highest offer from you supersedes the rest that you have submitted. 

Once you win, an invoice will be issued to you immediately.

Do not commit to send in your tender, if you are in doubt.

We do not entertain disputes, complaints, compromises, opinions if you fail to appreciate the item after you have tendered and won.

Hundred Things Collectibles reserves the right to withdraw any of the item(s) at anytime at our own discretion without offering you a reason whatsoever.

Consignment Policy

Please approach our staff if you are interested to consign your item(s).

Hundred Things Collectibles reserves the right to accept or decline any of your item(s) at anytime at our own discretion without offering you an explanation whatsoever. 

If your item(s) is accepted, a consignment form will be prepared for your undertaking.

A consignment fee (a percentage of selling price set at 20% (twenty percent) will be charged for every item sold. 

The consignment fee will be deducted from the sales price before the balance is handed over to you, after you have signed our consignment voucher. 

Every consigned item will have a letter ‘C’ marked on the item code.

Every consigned item has a limited shelf life of three (3) months.

If your item(s) fails to sell within the period set, you will need to collect them back immediately. 

Uncollected item(s) will be confiscated if it is not collected within one (1) week after the shelf life expires because we DO NOT offer storage service nor send reminders. You need to track them personally.

Our consignment service is not a convenient dumping ground or an extended storage facility for your unsellable hoard(s). Therefore, we reserve the right to accept or reject any of the item(s) you wish to consign.
